In this article, I am going to tell you How to add Meta Tags and Meta Description to You Blogspot(Blogger) blog, Complete guide for creating and updating meta tags
what is Meta Description and Meta Tags?
 
Meta Description: is
about describing your blog, we have added meta description to your blog
and ass well as for every article you should include a meta
description.
When
any Search You blog on google first it will show your meta description,
by seeing that Description they may decide to visit your blog or
website
Meta Keywords: are all about including some of the keywords to your blog.
when
anyone searches in google by using keywords, They type some keywords on
google then it shows related article or blogs which matches keywords in
the google.Adding meta tags becomes under on page seo and on page optimization

Step 1: After opening the Blogger Dashboard

How to enter meta details

Step 2: In the left side Dashboard board click on Theme then it will open the theme window

Step 3: In this tab just click on “EDIT HTML” to open the window

Step 3: After just opening  “EDIT HTML” button code page will open

Now we have to add meta data in the code

We should place below meta data the shown code after the <HTML> paste the below-shown code

In this code, we have to add content, Keywords, and author

NOTE: we have to add some keywords on keywords option, we have to search for keywords in keyword searching tools then add keywords to your blog.

Search keywords in ad words now they name as google ads learn how find best keywords for free

If already this code is available in the blogger template

Just change and add the meta description and meta tags show in the image below

Add following meta code below title mentioned below if already meta data code exited in your template

In Meta description, the length of the description should be in between 50 to 300 words

In Meta tags the length of the tags should be in between 150
